Noteshelf is the only app that doesn’t alter the original file size imported. This makes it so that the files ends up being way over a Gig once imported making it too large of a file to upload. When digital planning I recommend using Noteshelf compared to other apps as it’s free and doesn’t change anything about your files once imported making it a lot easier to use your full year planner. This is something the apps individually need to fix and not anything to do with our products. if you have any issues with your product or are completely unable to use the digital version due to file size you can always print out your planner or try out our smaller Undated Planners that have a smaller file size allowing for imports into any app on any device.
